U – Uplift

- Launch with Enthusiasm: Build excitement, communicate the rollout strategy clearly, and provide learners with necessary resources and support.
- Foster Collaboration: Create opportunities for peer-to-peer learning, knowledge sharing, and community support.
By optimizing your learning experience and uplifting your learning culture, you’ll create a fertile environment where growth and development can flourish.
